What party sizes can you support?
Custom planning is available for groups of around 20 guests or more. We tailor the planning, styling, and production team to your audience, venue, and budget.
How far in advance should we start planning?
We recommend starting 3–6 weeks in advance. Peak dates, custom installations, or large branded parties should begin 2–3 months ahead.
Can the theme reflect our brand or the occasion?
Yes. The concept, visual identity, venue styling, food and beverages, entertainment, and gifts can all be tailored to your brand or celebration.
How do you manage the atmosphere and event flow?
We prepare a detailed run of show, technical checklist, and contingency plan. The host, music, lighting, catering, and interactions are coordinated by one project manager.
